Returns and Exchanges
Items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged if they are unworn and unwashed with tags still intact. The costs for postage for both the returned and exchanged item are the responsibility of the buyer. You must notify us via lakesmantri@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange it.
Terms and Service
Most items are made to order and therefore all orders will be placed on the 1st of each month and may take up to 21 days after this to get to you.
If we have them in stock they will be dispatched within 5 days.
