    Returns and Exchanges

    Items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged if they are unworn and unwashed with tags still intact.  The costs for postage for both the returned and exchanged item are the responsibility of the buyer. You must notify us via lakesmantri@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving the item if you wish to exchange it.

    Terms and Service

    Shop will be open from Friday 21st June until Monday 1st July when all orders will be placed together.
    Orders will then be placed and will take up to 21 days to arrive with you although we will aim to get it to as quickly as possible.
